It was hotter than i expected but if you like this is what your looking for all the jery is excellent quality

Tender does not mean soft heat in the case of our Tender Habanero jerky and we have changed our discription so others can get the warning out there. Thank you for your review and next time we see you will make sure to grab you a glass of milk with the jerky!

Good texture

Be careful, it’s spicy!! But it was tender. I tried reaching out with questions about other kinds and no response.

It does have a kick and I could see how tender could possibly be taken as soft or less spicy.
As for the response we did send a reply out the same day the question was ask but unfortunately sometimes they do get lost in junk mail , dang technology. I am sorry it didn't make it to you. We do offer less spicy flavors and the tenderness it can vary we think it's more tender than your average jerky. We hope that you will accept our apologies that our response never made it back to you.
