Our beef is raised on our family ranch in Elko County, Nevada, where our cattle are free to roam and graze on lush, green grass with free choice finish of grain. We use only the highest quality feed and care, and our cattle.

This is for deposit only for quarter, half, or full beef. This is non refundable and guarantees your pre-discussed cut date and our price. The rest is due before or on delivery.

**We do not control butcher fees and they may rise in price without notification. **

***Because of the rise in cost we will have a starting fee of $50 for areas outside of Elko County, Box Elder County and Cache County. The fee will be determine by location from Ranch.

****There will be a $20 fee per month that we store your beef in our freezer past the first month. Please be prepared to receive beef on your assigned month

Definitely worth a try

I recently ordered a 1/4 cow from the Broughs. We have been very satisfied with the quality and taste. We also received some other products such as jerky and hot dogs. I love that the hot dogs and burgers hold their size, made for a bun. Their jerky was so fresh and such a good mix between sweet and spicy. All of the cuts of meat we have tried so far are so delicious. The fajita meat is perfect size. I could go on. Kari and Jordan were great to work with and meet. Will definitely consider another order when the time comes. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
